What customization capabilities does your supplier have?
We offer 4 levels of professional customization services:
1. Minor customizationSupport minor adjustments: color change, print pattern modification & private label logo replacement.
2. Drawing-based customizationSupport new style development based on your design drawings & artwork files.
3. Sample-based customizationSupport style revision, optimization & reproduction based on your physical sample.
4. Full customizationFull OEM/ODM all-round customization: fabric, version, collar, print, label and packaging are all customizable.
Do you support sample orders? What is your sample policy?
We support customized sample orders. Samples can be ordered separately, and the sample fee will be deducted from your bulk order payment.
What are the lead times for in-stock ready-to-ship orders and customized orders respectively?
In-stock ready-to-ship orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Customized style orders require 7-15 working days for production.
Are your products compliant with US infant & toddler safety standards?
All our products meet the US CPSIA child apparel safety certification standard, with non-toxic, skin-friendly and eco-friendly fabric.
What international size standards do you support? Do you accept custom size adjustments?
Sizes can be fully adjusted and customized according to customer requirements.
